Tell us what needs attention.
We welcome specific questions about our sources, corrections, privacy, accessibility and broken pages. Simply Oneden cannot provide personal medical advice or emergency support.

For a correction, include the page URL, the exact sentence or link, what appears wrong and a reliable source if you have one. Please do not send medical records, identity documents, passwords or other sensitive information.
What happens next
Messages are reviewed through the site’s administrative email inbox. A useful subject line is “Correction,” “Broken link,” “Privacy request” or “Accessibility.” We cannot promise an individual response to every general question, but specific safety, accuracy and privacy reports are prioritized.
Medical and mental-health questions
We do not diagnose symptoms, recommend individual treatments or tell readers to change medicines. Contact a qualified healthcare professional who can assess your history and circumstances. If you may harm yourself or someone else, cannot stay safe, or have symptoms that could be a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service now.
Privacy requests
You may use the same email address for questions about access, correction or deletion of information you previously sent to us. Tell us enough to locate the message, but avoid resending sensitive material. Read the Privacy Policy for details about routine technical data, future advertising technologies and retention.
Advertising and business enquiries
Any future commercial relationship must remain clearly separate from editorial health claims. We do not accept payment for hidden links, fabricated testimonials or promises of medical outcomes. Sending a product does not guarantee coverage. Sponsored material, if accepted, will be identified as such.
Accessibility and technical reports
If navigation, text, contrast, keyboard use or a page address creates a barrier, tell us which device and browser you used and what you expected to happen. A screenshot can help, but it is optional. For a broken link, include both the page containing the link and the destination that failed. We use these details to reproduce the problem without asking for account access.
Never email a password, WordPress login code or payment information. Simply Oneden staff will not ask you to disable your security tools so that we can investigate a public-page problem.
